Creating a cardboard City

Creating a cardboard City

We know that cardboard boxes are one of the best play resources ever...

We know that children have fantastic imaginations and plenty of ideas of what to do with one or more cardboard boxes. We also know that space within our city is limited and that often space where children could be playing is locked or unloved.

So tomorrow the play session at the Cow Garden, a well used and loved community space on Eric Street in Mile End, will see a city being built, by children from cardboard. From 3.00 - 5.00pm children will build and hopefully the adults can talk about how we can work together to make London a more playful place, starting with Mile End...
